Supersonic Sensor (Unwinder)
Supersonic waves sensor the diameter of roll at unwinder tension system. The figure is sent to Servo Valve of PSV1 Type and controls the pressure proportional to the figure.
Also, it is efficient to control roll tension minutely by delivering pressure to air brake or air clutch.
Load cell Tension (Unwinder)
Two Load cell(Tension Transducer)sensor the tension figures and then they are sent to Amp. The average figure us transmitted to Servo By delivering pressure to control the pressure. By delivering pressure to air brake and air clutch, it is possible to control the roll tension of unwinder precisely and minutely.
